Awamori, which is nurtured by the blessed nature of Kume Island and a rich climate, is carefully made while valuing the"stickiness"of sake brewing from the predecessor, and is loved by many citizens of the prefecture. The company name is based on the anecdote of the legendary"Kume no Sennin"that has been passed down on Kume Island for a long time.
